MEETING REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received before April 1, 2022 will recieve a full refund less $100/$150 for membeship dues. After April 1, 2022 you may modify your registration and also substitute another individual should you be unable to attend --please contact the Society regarding any substitution. There are no refunds after April 1, 2022. If we cannot host the meeting due to a force majeure/Pandemic governemental ruling, we will contact you with either the option of a refund or to transfer your registration to the new dates.
